We are excited to have you join our Brand Rep Program. This program is for our amazing customers to bring awareness of LCT to others in our community. Please fill out the form below. Please allow 5-10 business days for us to review & approve your application. Application cut off is the 20th of each month, this gives us time to have you active for the following month. (ie- Cut off Oct 20th, to be active for Nov. 1st). New Reps MUST participate in your first meeting on the LAST Tuesday of the month. (ie- Oct 28th/ Nov 26th/ No Dec Meeting)

Being a Rep, brings brand awareness to a business. We want you to have fun doing it & not feel like a job, as you are not getting paid, but instead- being rewarded if you are able to get someone to sign up for our classes.

I understand that I will need to reapply every 3 months, unless otherwise told. This allows both of us to reassess if being a rep is working out for both you & LCT.

I acknowledge & understand that recruiting new customers has no monetary value on our affiliate portal. There will be no monthly payout. The amount received is turned into points.

I UNDERSTAND I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE. Nothing on this form shall be construed as a contract of employment between you and Let's Craft, Tampa (also known as LCT) or as a commitment on the part of LCT to retain you in any capacity, for any period of time or under any specific terms or conditions, or to continue your service to the LCT beyond any period.
