Refund Policies

Booking Policies: While we always strive to ensure every class or workshop is completed as scheduled, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise. As force majeure events are beyond our control, we may need to reschedule classes or workshops.
We want to assure you that we will make every effort to accommodate your needs by allowing you to reschedule your class up to two times within a three-month period. However, we if you are unable to make any of the rescheduled dates, this will be considered a breach of our policy and you will forfeit your booking fee.

Booking Refunds: Refunds are available up to a maximum of 5 days prior to the event date, and must be requested in writing. Requests made after this timeframe will not be honored. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to INFO@LETSCRAFTTAMPA.COM. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the request has been approved. Please note that processing fees may apply. We strive to provide a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Digital Refunds: Our refund policy states that there are no refunds on digital purchases. Once a digital product is purchased, it is non-refundable. We encourage our customers to review product details and specifications carefully before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction. If there are any issues with the digital product, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Thank you for understanding our policy regarding digital purchases.

Physical Products Refunds: For physical product purchases, you are eligible for a refund within 21 days of purchase by emailing us at the provided email address. Please make sure to include your order details and reason for seeking a refund in your email. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receiving your request. Please note that any shipping fees incurred will not be refunded. We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and are here to assist you with any refund inquiries you may have.
