Effective Date: February 10, 2026

This Terms & Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rental of equipment from Let’s Craft, Tampa (“Lessor”) also known as- LCT to the renter (“Lessee”).

By renting the equipment, the Lessee acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the following terms:

1. Rental Equipment

Your rental is based on the equipment you have reserved & prepaid for through our website, LetsCraftTampa.com. Our offerings consist of a range of Cricut machines, Siser Machines, and accessories explicitly mentioned at the time of rental, such as power cords, standard tools, carrying bags and mats. Additionally, we provide Heat Presses, Paper Trimmers, and various Cricut Maker tips. However, please note that consumable materials like vinyl, cardstock, Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV/Iron-on), and inks are not included unless specified otherwise in writing.

2. Minimum Rental Period

• All rentals are subject to a minimum rental period of two (2) consecutive days, a maximum of 5 days.

• No prorated rates or refunds will be provided for early returns.

• The rental period begins at the agreed-upon pickup or delivery time and ends at the agreed-upon return time (48 hours/ max 5 days)

3. Rental Fees & Payment

• All rental fees must be paid in full prior to the release of the equipment.

• Rental rates are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced, except where required by law.

4. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of [SEE PRICE LIST BELOW] is required for each rental.

• The deposit will be refunded within 2 business days after the equipment is returned and inspected. Kindly be aware that the refund may take 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.

• The Lessor reserves the right to deduct from the deposit any costs related to damage, loss, missing items, cleaning, or late fees.

5. Late Returns

• Equipment returned after the agreed return day & time may be subject to late fees of [SEE PRICE LIST BELOW] per day.

• Continued failure to return the equipment may result in additional charges, and the machine will be deactivated & possible legal action taken.

6. Proper Use & Restrictions

• The Lessee agrees to use the equipment solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. Found at https://cricut.com/blog/gb/how-to-get-started-with-cricut/

• The equipment shall not be modified, repaired, disassembled, sub-rented, transferred, or loaned to any third party.

• The Lessee assumes full responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

7. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• The Lessee is fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment occurring during the rental period.

• In the event of damage beyond normal wear and tear, the Lessee agrees to pay all repair or replacement costs, including labor and parts.

• Normal wear and tear do not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper materials, or failure to follow instructions.

8. Equipment Condition & Inspection

• The equipment is provided in good working conditions.

• The Lessee is responsible for inspecting the equipment upon receipt and notifying the Lessor (AKA- LCT) immediately of any existing issues.

• Failure to report issues at the start (within 4 hours) of the rental shall constitute acceptance of the equipment as-is.

9. Technical Issues & No Guarantee of Results

• The Lessor does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of Design Space or Leonardo Design Studio or specific project outcomes. We will not extend rental period due to Cricut/ Siser system being down, if rental is kept longer, you will be charged the late fee.

• No refunds or credits will be issued for user error, software issues, design errors, or lack of familiarity with the equipment.

10. Software & Accounts

• The Lessee is responsible for maintaining their own Cricut Design Space &/ or Siser Leonardo Design Studio account and login credentials.

• The Lessor is not responsible for software access issues, updates, compatibility problems, or data loss.

11. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made up to 48 hrs. prior to the rental start date is eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made up to 24 hrs. prior to the rental start date will only receive a 50% refund.

• Same-day cancellations, no-shows, or early returns are non-refundable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Craft, Tampa (LCT) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including injury, loss of profits, or property damage arising from the use or misuse of the equipment.

13. Indemnification

The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Let’s Craft, Tampa (LCT) from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Lessee’s use of the equipment.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hillsborough County, of Tampa, FL.

15. Acceptance of Agreement

By renting the equipment, the Lessee confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
